The original oil painting this photo paper represents is by the 19th Century Danish painter; Vilhelm Hammerchai, in 1887. It is a painting of his sister Anna Hammerchai. The original painting was quite notable in it's time and awarded a bronze medal at the Exposition Universelle in Paris
