Her body is soft cotton and her hands, legs and face are made of a durable resin coumpound allowing for more realism than porcelain. Her face is hand painted. The outfit is made of pink silk with white lace. The clothes are completely removable and any of the Heidi Ott baby clothing in my store will fit her.
