What is the best way to navigate the site?
You will find master categories on the left panel. When clicked you will see links for sub-categories at the top of the page. You will need to go back to the main category to access other sub-categories
Can I combine orders with ebay on same invoice?
Absolutely yes! In fact we encourage it.
What is your return policy on damaged items.
Dollhousesandmore.com is dedicated to the absolute best in customer service. But things do happen that are out of our control. If an item arrives and it is damaged please let us know. You can ship it back to us within 14 days for merchandise credit only.
If an item is available both in your Ebay and web store, will they be the same price?
We try our best to make them the same, however sometimes additional fees added by Ebay will require us to reflect that in the purchase price.
What sort of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Paypal and money orders for domestic orders and Mastercard,Visa & American Express only for international orders.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes, absolutely. We welcome customers from around the world. We have a large customer base in England, New Zealand, Australia to just name a few places.
Why are there missing photos?
We are adding so many new products daily, sometimes we are unable to match the appropriate photo. But rest assured, we are working hard to fill in all the blanks.
How quickly do you ship and what carriers do you use?

Upon payment confirmation, orders are shipped following business day, unless you are notified. For continental U.S. and overseas we use USPS, and UPS if requested. The overwhelming majority of orders are received within a short period. However, there are things that do occur beyond our control.

Therefore, all orders are automatically insured. For international orders, if items are not received within 45 days, you will be provided by email an insurance claim form for order replacement. For domestic orders, if items are not received within 30 days, you will be provided by email an insurance claim form for order replacement.

What is your return policy?
DollhousesandMore.com is dedicated to the absolute best in customer service. But things do happen that are out of our control. If an item arrives and it is damaged, please let us know immediately, so we can facilitate a speedy resolution. If we receive written email notification within three days of confirmed receipt of your purchase for damaged merchandise or any other issues with your purchase, we will do our best to facilitate a resolution. All shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer.
Can I combine Ebay items with web store items and receive discount during special promotions.
The easy answer is NO. Ebay fees make it prohibitive

This is a quirk in our checkout. Simply email us with your credit card info or call if you prefer and we will manually put through the charge.
