Heidi Ott was born in Switzerland, the base from which her large doll and miniature doll ideas are born and designed. Heidi first became renowned as a doll artist in the mid-1970's for her hand-painted country-styled children and baby dolls. Several more ranges of both play and collectable dolls in different sizes have followed over the decades.
